[Resolved]  Government Organisation — delay in the refund of the amount for not delivering the goods

Dear sir/madam, I hadbooked a micromax vanvas HD mobile thorugh online portal kaunsa.com on 21st may 2013. But later after repeated calling and follow ups through customer care number they told that it was out of stock and they were not in a position the required good and instead they sent me a voucher through which i could purchase wny item on Sept 16th 2013. then i used that voucher and put a requirement for karbonn titanium S5 mobile on 2nd October 2013. But that also they failed to deliver and told me after repeated follow up that they will refund my amount but yet they are still in the process of refund. the executives talk very rudely over phone and wont pick up the call several times...which forced me to appeal to the counsumer forum kindly look into the matter The following is the details of communication with them Item Description Delivery Dt.
