Government Organisation — Correction in Voter ID Card !

As i got my voter id card and with that a misspelled mid name, As i live so far away from the hometown that i cant personally go there and apply in local elector's department for the correction but i searched online and i found a solution that i can apply online to a FORM 8A for any type of correction in the name in following site -http://eci-citizenservices.nic.in/ . i register myself with required details and created a profile in ECI citizen services and i filled the 8A form with required documents and i got a message in my cell phone that response time is within 1 week but after 1 week it was still on pending status and nevertheless it has been in pending status for another 1 month then I again filled the form and submitted and i filled the complaint more then 2-3 times and it is still on pending status, Its already been 3 months i have been trying and because of the misspelling I couldn't get my pen card or neither the password which making my work things very problematic and complex, As for my profession i needed the passport within 3 months and now i cant even get for the pen card just for the misspelled name in voter id card, my application id is -ECIS[protected] FOR M829, and also my complaint id is-JH/20/70/0, DATE[protected] Please Find me a solution as soon possible, This is a matter of very urgency, I dont have any much of options here .
