Dear Sir,
With reference to subject, i am herewith requesting you that, I have submit my sister Shadi Bhagya Application form along with concerned Documents to Department of Minority Office Bagalkot (karnataka) Dist. on date 9th November 2018. and inform to concern officer to submit online application before 13th Nov 2018 due to Marriage Date is 18th Nov 2018.
Hence concerned Minority Department Offcier applied my sister Application in the website later and As per guidelines Application form got rejected due to later submission in Online.
So kindly do the needful, and allow us to get Government facilities of SHADI BHAGYA application in 2018-19.
Kind Note : I have another 2 sister unmarried, and we belongs to middle class family .
