Govt Of Karnataka, Department Of Minorities (Gokdom) — update the lists of students accepted and denied on the website

I received an email from [protected]@gmail.com on 9th august 2018 asking for the puc marks and college fees. I have sent them on 24th august, since then there is no response. The lists on website isn't updated, how will i know when or whether i will get the scholarship or not.
Clarify through mail or other ways as to whether the application is accepted or denied as soon as possible.
