I am complaining about Gozo cabs as they asked me to pay 30% in advance by sending a link a day in advance and wont turnedout by cancelling it without prior notice.
Moreover, when i asked for reason for cancellation the staff were very rude and Unprofessional and coundnt honour their commitments which was promised by the Cab service provider.
Highly Unreliable & Unprofessional Cab service provider which we cannot trust on.
We were stranded at airport for several hours and no proper reply came from them asking for more time. After few hours they told us they were cancelling it without any reasons.
I am totally unhappy with the service and cant rely on them for my refunds which will happen or not.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take necessary actions to avoid such irresponsible behaviour from cab service providers.
