I had booked my Gozo cab from Hyderabad airport to vijayawada for 12 Aug, 1930h..@ Rs5089 through Gozo mob contact No [protected] and helpline No [protected] . Also I booked separately from Vijayawada to Hyderabad airport for 14 Aug, 0600h.I paid an advance of Rs 2500 against my bookings. However, subsequently I cancelled my return journey before 48 hours of the journey due change in program. I paid Rs 2500 to cab driver for fuel enroute. I reached Vijayawada at about 0130h on 13 Aug 2020 and cab driver asked me to pay Rs 1350 balance amount as per Gozo generated bill. As per me I already paid Rs 2500 as advance to Gozo and Rs 2500 for fuel to cab driver. Therefore, only Rs 89 ess balance. This overcharging by Gozo is illegal, unjustified and against ethics. I tried to approach GOzo through email ID [protected]@gozocabs.com, provided in Gozo website https://www.gozocabs.com. I received no response. Tele conversation with helpline in resolving the issue.
Request Gozo for early refund of Rs 1250/ amount in my account.
