NO SIGNAL SIGNAL SINCE LAST7 DAYS Dear Sir, Our customer id[protected] We are not able to view the T.V since last almost7 days. am really socked that Videocon is offering such a very poor kind of service.could you please take necessary legal action on such vendor, if they cannot give customer satifaction, they do not have right to provide these service. We again want to put on record that since[protected] we are facing big trouble with Videcon D2H and now signal is no more and our box has stopped working and every day they open new ticket and next day close and not sure how long they are going to play this hide and seek story.I came to know through call centre that they have less manpower then why the hell they are offering such service, better to close.I may take further legal action incase it is not solved as earliest.
