My name is Rishabh Jain and my father's name is Lalit Kumar Jain we live in North Delhi, Rohini. We are proud citizen and a consumer of this country and we believe in fair and right service.

Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd, a company claimed to be based out of Delhi and operating for the last 35 years. As a consumer, our duty is to be informed about the decisions we take against our choices and so do we practice, but as a service provider, one's duty is to be fair and right to their services and give justice to the money paid for it. But this company in question, has acted otherwise.

I, along with my father, am one of those consumers who have been defrauded, mispresented, and mentally harassed by this company. We had paid a hefty sum of rupees 155, 000 in order to be a part of their exclusive membership which they are selling out of Radisson Blu Hotel, Paschim Vihar. Little did I know that at the time of planning a holiday, I won't be attended to, I won't be responded to, my calls would be kept on hold and I wouldn't get the services I am choosing for. My father bought the membership in May 2022 paying in full with a guaranteed return of 30, 000 which we did not receive. We applied for an immediate refund back, for which our calls are being ignored, our emails are being ignored and its been more than 1 year now.
