Since that time no one is picking up my calls or responding to my messages appropriately.
Its been 1 year since then.

They called us and quoted that we are the lucky chosen ones for free movie tickets and at Pizzahut in a nearby mall, they have organized a small get-together.

We went there and met their rep Harman Singh, and they offered us that we have the option to set a fixed minimum hotel rate for room charges whenever we want to book whether it is domestically or abroad.

I got a call from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd. All the promises made by the Company saying I am invited to get free vouchers for a couple movie ticket and free 3N/4D stay in any hotel in India, have been found to be false and fake, including the Gift Voucher and movie tickets. They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes gifted for the vehicle we bought.
Then the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team [ARVIND: [protected] & AJAZ: [protected]] befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 1 Lakh for the package and gave us following promises which were all FRAUD:

I am writing to you regarding an issue that I have been facing with grand Vivanta vacations pvt LTD.
I had enrolled as an active customer to their services on 26/09/2022 and had received an acknowledgment for the same as well.
I had opted for a particular service from their company namely, the ‘Premium Package’ with item code being ([protected]).
Being interested in such service, I had duly paid the amount...

The promotional call has been received from them on 17th July and I have opted for 3+1 yea membership. I opted for cancelling of their service on very second day and till date I had not received any constructive response. I had lodged a complaint to consumer portal, then through online legal help but they are not buzzed. THEY HAD POLICY OF 10 DAYS CANCELLATION WINDOW STILL DID NOT PROCESS MY REQUEST.
