Gsrtc — AMOUT DEDUCTED FROM BANK ACCOUNT BUT NOT RESERVED

I Mr. Sanjay G Parmar have booked the ticket online on saturday evening from Ahmedabad centrul Bus Stand TO Naliya. Amount get deducted form account but your system has refuse to issue Online ticket. And also no booked was showing on your system. Next day when I physically meet to central bus depo online ticket counter they told that seat no.13-14 sleeper is still pending and not booking has done and told me that your amt will be refunded in 24 hrs but still not received.. i have again reserved it by cash.But what about the money which was was deducted from my account. I m Providing u some detail for this concern.
