[Resolved]  Gsrtc — Bus not came and money spent on ticket not get back.

My self Dhaval Gohel. GSRTC login ID - dhaval.20 I have booked ticket from Anand to Rajkot. PNR Number:G7562237 Journey Date: 25/10/2014 Trip Code: 1000BRARJTEXP51 Departure Time: 14:05 Hrs. We reach Anand station at 01.30PM. We have wait for the bus till 4.30PM but still bus not came. We have taken follow up with enquiry counter for 50 times. For bus status we have called to vadodara bus station for approx 100 times but no one has received call. We have called to BARIYA bus status & contact number of driver or conductor. We get response that driver & conductor both are new and they don't have phone number. Finally enquiry counter person has write that NO BUS IS CAME till 04.30PM & STATUS OF BUS IS NOT GETTING. My bus ticket money Rs.316/- not get back & during new year our trip, plan & time everything got spoiled. I felt whole ST service run on 'BHAGVAN BHAROSE'.
