Gsrtc — Complaint on cancellation bus.

Respected Sir/Madam I have book a ticket for ahemdabad to bhachau on date 11-Dec and time is 7:15 . Bus service point from Ahemdabad to Nakhtrana. When I reached station I get know this bus is cancel from last few days. Then how online allow me for book this bus. Due to time consuming we have book ticket online and want to reach on time at our destination place. This kind of your mistake put in trouble to passenger. Kindly request to solve this kind of issue.
