Gsrtc — Driver did not stop bus at pickup point even if booking was confirmed.

I booked ticket for Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar journey, and my pick up point was Iscon Cross Roads. Bus timing was 1:15 PM. I reached pickup point at 1:10 PM. Then bus was late so i called to s.t. inquiry number. They told me there is some problem in their network, so call to nehru nagar stand. So, i called at nehru nagar pickup stand. They informed bus is late. So i waited. Then a bus came which was GANDHINAGAR-BHAVNAGAR. He informed me there is no booking and bus of 1:15 is yet to come. So i waited. Then Ahmedabad-Bhavnagar bus came at 2:00 PM. And i asked him. But he said its not a bus of 1:00 PM, its 1:30 pm bus. There is no booking. So i called to nehrunagar stand, and they told me Ahmedabad-Bhavnagar was my bus. Even i had booking, bus conductor deny about me my booking. Please take relevant steps against that conductor. Kashyap
