My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 26/10/2014 from Surat to Ahmedabad in 2x2 AC Luxury class. My PNR no. is G7685912 and trip code is 0900SRTABDAC44. My total bus fair is Rs. 860/-. My Journey time was 9.00 a.m. On my travel date, I reached Surat bus station at 9.00 a.m. and inquired about my Ac luxury bus from depo incharge of Surat bus station. But depo incharge of Surat told me that AC luxury bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in non AC bus and you might be travelled in non AC bus instead of AC luxury bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. Considering his requests, we travelled from Surat to Ahmedabad in non AC bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. Non Receipt of E-Ticket Cancellation Refund Amount
Dear Sir,

I have booked E-ticket from Rajkot to Ahmedabad which is of 5:00 AM Morning from

GSRTC online Ticket booking on 23/10/2014 and after submit option from GSRTC site

amount of Bus Fare Rs. 146/- is being debited from my AXIS Bank Account but I did not

get E-ticket. after this I dialled GSRTC No.[protected] and I was being told that

refund will be again deposited in my AXIS Bank Account, However till this date

23/11/2014 same amount is still not get credited in my AXIS Bank Account

My OB Reference of Bus from Rajkot to Ahmedabad was GS1324096 nd Trip Code was

0500RJTABDEXP51. my User ID of GSRTC E-Ticket Booking is RK Kacha

However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

Kindly do the needful, since there is helpline number or complain number[protected]

666666 available but not working.

My complaint is that I booked a E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 29/03/2015 from Nasik to Ahmedabad in Sleeper class.

My PNR no. is G9080367 and trip code is 1700NSKCHMSL15. My total bus fair is Rs. 468/-. My Journey time was 5.00 p.m. On my travel date, I reached Nasik bus station at 4:45 p.m. and inquired about my bus from conductor. But bus conductor told me that Sleeper bus which you have booked was cancelled for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in simple sitting bus and you have to travel in sitting bus instead of Sleeper bus which you have booked.

He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from GSRTC online.

He also told for further details you can ask to depo incharge.when i ask to depo incharge they told me bus is from gujarat, so we can not give any details about that. mean while i was returning to bus and i saw bus is already lest from depo.

Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus, in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. My complete details are as under.

I want my differentiated amount back as I have to travel in seating bus where as I was having the confirm ticket of sleeper coach as sleeper coach bus got broke down and when we went to inquiry counter they have told me that particular bus have been broke down you can go to your destination with the alternate option they have provided to carry sleeper coach passengers to their destination.

I have booked ticket in GSRTC volvo from rajkot to ahmedabad for 10th may 2015, at 2:15 pm starting time and due to problems bus was stopped at chotila which is 60 km from rajkot and then i had to pick other option to reach ahmedabad. Now can I get refund from whole 409 rs ticket deducting amount applicable for travelling between rajkot and chotila n get remaining amount back.Other passengers who have offline ticket got some other way around either in other bus or refunded money.

I have attached my online ticket copy reference.Can you post this request to relevant customer care for refund process.

Is there any possibility that i can get refund???
