This is Rajesh Tahiliani, working for a leading Media company since last 3 years.
Several times, during travelling I found I should raise this issue but due to time constraint, I could not.
At Ahmedabad - Vadodara - Intercity Booking Counter during morning hours between 7:00 am to 10:00 am I have noticed ticketing staff deny for change even if he has the change.
Moreover, ticketing staff's attitude is so arrogant & impolite that a decent education person will definitely feel hurt.
Staff name : Mr. Thakkar.

Time : 10:15 am
Place : Ahmedbad ST (state transport ) Depot - Ahmedabad Vadodara Intercity terminal ticket window.
After a short travel to Vadodara, Same thing and same replies came from Vadodara Intercity Terminal Ticket Window in the evening where Staff was different and he too commented " You people will not able to do anything", "Go and do whatever you want to ". (Staff Name : Mr. Pancholi)
I was more shocked as this was height of the government employees' arrogance and in a single day same situation occured two times at different places across Gujarat.
I would request you to get me the right contact authorities whom we can put forward this issue.
I need an written appology and right escalation system when a passenger don't get change for his ticket amount.
