Dear Sir/Madam, I, VIVEK NAINA, was booked online ticket through GSRTC . My reservation booking as below. From :SURAT To : CHOTILA HIGHWAY Booked Seats : 4 Deducted Amount : 952.00 Seat Nos. : 17, 20, 27, 28 Journey date:26th oct 2014 I didn't received any email as well as message related to the transaction and 952.00 Rs. was deducted from bank a/c. OF Mrs. HANSABEN ARVINDBHAI NENA. so, i am requesting for refund. I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. Kindly be needful in the matter.please do the needful.
