Gsrtc — Money deducted for online ticket booking but no ticket or refund received. Rs. 442 deducted without ticket.

I have booked ticket for Baroda Central Station to Ahmedabad Nehrunagar in Volvo of 4.15 PM for 18th August, 2015, Seat No. 5 & 6 and paid through Axis bank Debit Card. I have received messsage from bank that Rs. 442/- has been paid to GSRTC. However, I have not received any message and E-ticket regarding confirmation for the same. I need my money refund.
