[Resolved] Gsrtc — poor service of GSRTC | |||
Respected Sir, I want to report about poor service of GSRTC. I boarded Mahuva-Jamnagar bus from Amreli at 5:45 pm on 14th December 2014 to go to Jamnagar.bus was full and there was not even place to stand . The bus stopped near Babra. the conductor requested us to push the bus. I was among the few persons to push. Then it started. After that it again stopped in outskirts of Atkot regarding some serious failure. we have to board another bus after half an hour only to reach Rajkot.At Rajkot we have to another an Hour for the Jamnagar bus. Then an bus came of Harij -Jamnagar. It soon departed only to stop at Madhapar cross road. The purpose to stop was emberassing. There was no conducter in bus. so the driver stopped the bus for ticket collections. The normal journey from Amreli to Jamnagar is of 5 hours and that day i reached about 1 A.M. that is it took 8 hours.I want refund regarding this and please change the bus Mahuva Jamnagar Was this information helpful? | |||
