Gsrtc — Refund against Ticket not booked. | |||
I have reserved to ticket (web:GSRTC online booking) for going from Gandhinagar to Ambaji in Gurjar Nagari Exp. System has been deduct Rs318 from my Bank of India A/C. but no one confirmation message or mail recieved from GSRCT. Also that seat was shaw in available status after reserved instead of booked.. So please give a refund for the same Following detail will be helpful for finding this issue.
