Gsrtc — Refund Amount Not Received Even after 10 days | |||
We have booked 3 tickets from Godhra to Jetpur for travelling date 23/05/2015, through Dahod to Junagadh Bus, Arrival time of the bus at Godhra is 09:30 PM, and we reached on depot at 09:00 PM sharp, but we have waited upto 01:30AM Midnight for the bus, but to bus was not came at depot, even the inquiry counter person had not given proper answer about the arrival time and behave rudely with Ladies, later on we have submitted the original tickets to Mr. Nayanbhai at booking counter and communicate the entire matter to him, he had collected the tickets and assure us to process of Refund the amount, but even after 10 days we have not received any refund amount even they did not contact us for the process, inbetween we have visited 4 times at bus depot and discuss the matter to Mr. Nayanbhai again, and Mr Rajdeepbhai and Mr Gurjar who is depot head, still we have not received any communication and not even response properly, as a lady i have visited 4 times to depot and did not get any proper response.
