Gsrtc — Refund for class change due to bus problem

Their was a change in class (sleeper to Seating) .Charges of sleeper is 321 rs. and of seating is 207. Detail is as below PNR NO. :G9475535 Journy date. :10.05.2015 Journy from Surat to Mehsana BUS NAME: Parvat Patiya SRT to Siddhpur Trip Code: 2230PVTPTSDPS15 Name: Jaydeep Jayantibhai Vadi Age:21 (Male) Seat No. 3 As the date of travelling is 10.05.2015, 13 days gone but the refund (321 rs - 207 rs) is not yet given by GSRTC. GSRTC Emplyoee had given me in a written that I will get back my refund due to class change..
