Gsrtc — Regarding e booking in GSRTC

Dear sir/mem I have booked ticket for Kutiyana to Dahod on 13th Nevember 2015 for the date of 15th nevember Probandar Gangardi root but when i booked it first time payment was cut from my credit card ac and ticket was not booked so i booked it second time in same bus, time, and same seat no and was also booked and sencond time also payment was cut for same seat and same bus but first payment was still not returned in my ac so pleade suggest me wht should i have to do for this...
