Gsrtc — unauthorized charges taken by the chanasma passenger pass office

for the rule of gsrtc passenger pass's charges is (1 day up&down rent * 18)=30 days you can travel in gsrtc's bus. really my charge is 64*18=1152 but they charged 1550 rupees. when i say the officer for this mistake he told me i m not responsilble for the issue you can get 400 rupees back from the ahm central office. i m waiting of your response mr. sunil kumar [protected]
