[Resolved]  GTPL — bad internet service

I took GTPL Internet service of 4mbps plan for 300 Gb on 5th of august, 2014. But from the first day i am having problems with the connection. The net disconnects every other day and remains disconnected for few days. I have talked to the local service provider for this but still the problem has not been solved. He gives excuses and fault about the router i have, but i used the Internet cable directly with laptop but still there is problem with the Internet. I am fed up of this thing, I want immediate solution for this problem .I hope you will take the necessary steps as fast as possible and I don't have to take further actions.
