[Resolved]  GTPL — Broadband connection is down

I have recently subscribed to GTPL broadband connection; and today is the 10th day of the connection; Internet is not available for last 5 days. pathetic service; no proper response from the customer care(they only know "speed and duplex" network setting as “10 mbps half duplex”).Give me an answer: do any Telecom company has put their network down in the name of holiday?? or similar companies/services stops on holidays(and that for 5days+)??? but yours(GTPL) does!!!
