I am not able to access my internet from past 7 days. I registered complain (Request ID: 345574) with great hussle (as the representative is disconnecting the call every time I tried) to GTPL's executive on[protected] about the same. Also, the representatives are rough in the tone when interacting with customers, which I believe is the base requirement of any organization. The representatives are not picking the call which I think is so called "Customer Care Number" with No Care at all for Customer Only.
