Don't buy GTPL plans as if you don't get good internet connection then no one will take responsibility...I am new customer to GTPL since 25 days and there's no internet connection showing since 25 days...So that now I want refund and want to use JIO and when I asked for refund... you won't even get your money back as all GTPL Salesperson says while selling the plan that we will get refund...BUT NO REFUND BY GTPL, THAY SAY WE DONT HAVE REFUND POLICY.
