GTPL Broadband — Unethical behavior for starting internet | |||||
I am using 1 mbps plan unlimited for 6+1 months. Which started on 2nd December, 2015. Today on 3rd June, 2016 they have stopped my connection saying my 6 months period of connection is over so they can't start my connection. The reason I was given is I need to upload my payment receipt on their id: [protected]@gtpl.net. But this process wasn't communicated to me even once during my tenure of internet usage. So, I even sent this receipt on the mentioned ID. After which also they have refused to start my connection. I tried to speak to all possible person including sales person, customer care executive, and many others. But no one was able to help me start my internet. And due to this issue, I have lost several dollars as I couldn't submit my assignment to my US based client. So, I want to sue GTPL Broadband as it has made me suffer financial loss. I want this issue to be solved at the earliest and punish all the responsible person to the extreme so that they won't repeat such mistakes again.
