Dear Sir/Madam, We have problem in viewing channel from 6th november 2014 at night to till date (20th Nov 2014). we complaint many time but our cable operator should not take any action. we face very inconvenience. So please we request you to submit my complaint and take action. when we start tv we get Error message : Channel Unauthorized You are not authorized to view this channel. Sir,
I'm a gtpl tv channel customer at Umreth, dist: Anand...
For the last more than 48 hours here at Umreth, not only me but all the customers having gtpl t.v connection error i.e no telecast of any t.v channel in Umreth...
On complaining, we are answered DAT line has cut at Nadiad...
I'mean hows DAT possible??? being a reputed organization, it jst harm your worthy esteem...
Kindly solve the issues ASAP...

Issue in channel.

i had phase problem from last 4 days in see my channel...every channel is not working properly..so pls checkout my connection...my connection id is:-2075849...pls see what is the problem out there...
