I am logging a complaint on behave of my client Mr. Hasmukh bhai desai. having a GTPL TV connection
Account no: 2341721
From past 3 days the connection is been disconnected in piste of payment paid in full
Had called all the authority of GTPL & customer care but refused to take a complain & also were helpless
As per your employee Mr. Kriti bhai parmar had informed us that the local franchisee of vastrapur area had not paid the payment so we had disconnected the whole network
Point raised by me on behalf of my client
1. Why the consumer has to suffer even payment is done
2. What is the time frame to get this problem resloved
3. what are the control measures taken by the GTPL CO to aviod further such issue
