Dear sir,
We are regular customer of gtpl and paying rs 1800 per year. Now in december 2013 our renewal call for rs 3000/ i.E.250/ p.M. As price and service tax levied on. We ask for receipt and provide cheque. They refuse to accept the cheque and receipt.
Our connection closed from dec.2013. Again we call for payment and agree to pay cash without receipt. But he demands 2 months charges even service has been closed from dec'2013.
Is it right for a consumer? Your action in this matter will be appreciate.
