GTPL — Disconnected of Line

When I returned from office at 8.00 hours my connection not worked and so that I have not enjoy the match of 20.02.15 between England and New zealand. Very surprise matter is that the so many customers are not paying their charges in time always but their GTPL Connections are always in order while I am paying your charges in advance, so may time my disconnected WHY ?
