GTPL — Disconnecting my net again and again

After getting tired of calling customer care of gtpl again and again for the same reason. My complain is that why my network disconnects daily? They give me complain number daily my problem solves for some time and problem occurred again. I am fed up now from there services. They do this because we pay there money in advance. Customer don't have any other choice accept to call customer care. I am giving my user id and some complain numbers. Please if i really can get help from this i appreciate very much.
