[Resolved]  GTPL — for refund of GTPL broad band

Dear Sir, I have put an application on 4th july, 2014 that because of shifting to mumbai we need to close your broad band service So kindly refund my balance money. Actually, we take broadband service from GTPL on 17/12/2013 and pay 3 years connection money Rs. 12, 700 in advance. After 6 months I need to shift to mumbai so I contacted GTPL to close this connection and refund my balance money. they suggest me to put an application by mail and wait for 45 days for the processing time to refund. I do the same as i advised like that. To day after 50 days still they are not giving any answer. Kindly provide me my money back. My User ID : msghoghai I attached the slip for the same.
