Sir, AS I have taken the GTPL set of box for My TV before 1 year back But last two month, For monthley bill collection, I have to call the Concern area person & then he will come & collect as it is responsibility of him. And another problem is that the way is talking with customer is not right sometimes he told the matter lies as I have experienced that person told me that the Sony Sic channel is allow in the package of RS 220 when I access the Sony six channel it shows that Access denied so now what to do ? Pl. Explain & many times in day, the TV shows " No Signal" & when we call for reason so sometimes there is no answer from him.
