GTPL — gtpl tv channel not working

hello, i have a complain regarding channel not working at my place. its not working from 2 days nd i called local wendor manny more time but he is not attending call. they only attend my call when he come to collect money so beware of service. i m surfer from chennel problem . its not working after havy rain fall which accured before 2 days. kindly help me to rectify it in 24 hour o.wise i have to take action on them. rgrds,
