GTPL — inappropriate service and no response from company

Frequently no service from company and no proper response,
Bad answering from there person towards complaint registering
Since when i purchased internet plan from last 2 month there is no usual connectivity of internet and due to it m not able to surveillance my place of work online, i told n registered this complaints many times about unusual connectivity to there complaint number but still its same and getting worst day by day...
