GTPL — Intenet connection not working

Internet connection not working from last two days at our office. i booked complaint on[protected].Without internet we cant work.Number of times i have talked with your local people & i have also given complaint on your tall free no, but i am not getting any respons from them.kindly take urgently in this matter.My service request id is-329984.
