GTPL — interepted service, exicutivies are not available

Respected Sir, I am suffering from interrupted service and when I try to book my complain no body is available at costumer care. My child are using Internet in day time. When I am not at home and executive doesn't take my complaint and insists me at home. I am a serviceman I cant be available at home.
