GTPL — Internet connection - Router configuration problem

I used to connect my cell phone and laptop through my old router maek cisco. due to some technical problem the olde router was stoped. I purchased new router make dlink. To configure my new router in place of my olde one i called to GTPL customer care since 07/06/2015 on a daily basis. every time customer executive told me that your complaint is registered and engineer will visit within 24 working hours. But till date no one from GTPL has visited my home. Registed Complaint number was delivered to my registed mobile no [protected] as under: 1. 656289 on 07/06/2015 2. 667123 on 13/06/2015 3. 6701545 on 15/06/2015.
