[Resolved] GTPL — Invoice Not Received | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a subscriber of GTPL's Broadband service with User ID 'hapatel52'. I have been using this service with plan no VOLUME60GB4096-6M since March-2014. My plan is reactivated in August-2014. However, the Invoice for the same is not provided. I have requested the invoice from the Technical person of my area, but he admitted that they don't generally provide it. I also tried to communicate to the customer care but to my surprise the number remains busy for days together. This is not the first time; I also had to struggle a lot get the Invoice for the previous payment. This is very annoying and needs an immediate action.
