We have got a three months 1mbps speed plan of internet connection. This is the second day of the connection and the net connection still shows limited connection and we are not able to connect to internet since last 24 hours. We urgently want the problem to be fixed. We would be really glad if you can do it so that we can proceed with our works on the internet which are almost stuck due to your inefficiency in providing the service.
