[Resolved] GTPL — Loss of Internet connection twice within a week | |||
I have bought Internet connection of GTPL two months ago but it is been for 9 to 10 times I have been facing the problem of losing the connectivity. The error is the same every time "ERROR 651". Every time I call up customer care, the representative who has got good capability of of providing same answer to everyone to check Link speed and duplex settings and result also remains the same "ERROR 651".Again the same reply, "A person will come for visit and will get the problem sorted out within 24 hours" But neither the service person visits nor the problem gets sorted out. Whenever I try to approach the area supervisor through phone call, it is always out of reach or unanswered. I complained last week about the loss of connectivity with the complaint No. 309994 Today I complained about the same bearing the complaint No. 318558 Please do the needful.
