GTPL — NO INTERNET CONNECTION SINCE LAST 7 DAYS EVEN THOUGH SO MANY COMPLAINS

Dear sirs, i am Rasesh Ladhawala, my user ID is rases27. i have take gtpl internet connection before 8 months, but i have so much heavy internet problem since last 7 days both through direct system and through router for getting wifi connection. I have made so many complains through your toll free no-[protected] and only one stereo type answer from GTPL i got is, , , 'complain will be solved within 24 working hours". I have made comlains to gtpl as under. REQUEST. I.D. DATED [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I had also try to make complain to mobile of gtpl person mr. Vijaybhai mob no:[protected], but unfortunately he .is not attending my phone, i have tried to contact him for morethan 15 to 20 times to make my complain, but poor response from him and from gtpl company also
