First local operator merged with GTPL, then pushes customers to buy SET TOP BOX, now. Issue is neither GTPL care executives / nodal officer nor local operator taking responsibilities to fix STB in time & resolving the issues faced by customers. Indians are born to suffer by big talkers always. Have filed complain already in consumer court (Grahak Suraksha) for not delivering STB even after 3 months till now. They (C.C.) suggest compensation amount would be Rs. 35000/- due to customer harassment, inappropriate reply, not delivering exact product (which sited on GTPL.net i.e. Cisco DVB -3410) & bad quality of service given. They (C.C.) calculated the amount 10 times to paid Rs. In advance. So, Please get all your receipts from Local Operator mentioning GTPL name on it & filed your case with Consumer Court.
