GTPL — not satisfy with set top box connection

I am asit baran majumder take a set top box connection in your co but now my settop box remote not working . . .So i want to change my remote and i also interested to pay tHe actual price of remote but two weeks go i am not take anY feedback from your broking co, please solve this problem as soon as PoSsible...
