GTPL — Operator and service problem

Dear Sir, We are having so much trouble with your local operator Mr. Rajubhai, New Ranip. He never send his service man on time to resolve problems. This service level is reflecting to the brand image of GTPL as a whole as Why GTPL appoint such local operators?
