GTPL — poor service | |||
Hi, I had bought GTPL broadband 10mbps plan last week but i am not getting proper speed so i had complain to GTPL customer care but i am not getting even single reply of complain.I had also call to customer care number but then also problem not getting fix .I had even try to contact nodal person but number which mention in website is not working and when i had send mail on [protected]@gtpl.net then only received auto generate mail and not getting any response from anyone . GTPL service is rediculas and even for getting connection i had to call more than 5 times then after technical person was came . Please take some action this type of issues so other people can also get proper service from company . I have attach speed snapshot so you can check and if you need more further details like call record and all then also i can provide you . Company told me speed will be get around 7 to 8 mbps but getting 1 to 3 mbps and sometime less than it. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Even i have same problem..& also a bad network problem..

Very Bad service. No manners to talk to customer. No approach that reflects problem would be fixed sooner. And yeah with small wind or rain problem it will stop working!!
Cable connection not work
Last 2 months cable not working properly and many more time complain register local office and try to contact in landline GTPL office but not pickup phone and local office boy such irresponsible talk with very senior people34%
