GTPL — Slow internet speed
I had bought gtpl 10 mbps plan. Its been 12 day and now the speed is reduced to less than 1 mbps. Please resolve this issueGTPL — Broad band

I want my refund from the company as soon as possible i selected the plan of 3mbps which costs 4000rs and got the connection on 15th july 2017. since that day i am facing only problems theres no speed of internet worst service. single member of the GTPL team is not interested to solve the problem. so i have decided i want my refund.
