GTPL — Refund

Since first week of april16. braodband connection disconnected. and GTPL was unable to find fault. Since this practise was repeated in march also. Hence we have requested noddle officer through email for discontinue of broadband and refund the money since they were helpless. I am mailing everyday to GTPL nodal officer regarding refund. But after 43 days. i am not refunded my money.when it was asked on email for non refund of money. No response on mail. and not attending mobile call.


Due to poor customer service. I am suffered a lot. GTPL wants that all complaint are to be mailed to nodal officer or their web site complaint. Since they have forced me to take broadband from another operator which is charging higher rental than GTPL. So that i can lodge a complaint GTPL. GTPL plan charged for 512 kbps to 2mbps period 12 plus 6 month total 18 month. Rs.6630 . Due to their poor service. I have been compelled to opt for TEKONA broadband charged 2mbps for 3 months Rs. 3600 Hence i should get the full refund of Rs. 6630 plus mental and financial loss of Rs.1000 at the earliest.
