GTPL — set top box not received since last 2months

Hi, I m manish shinde. I have applied for new cable connection on 24th may with required documents and rs.1500 to local agent vraj cable for gtpl set top box. But today is 15th july and still I have not received set top box. If you are not be able to provide the service, kindly refund my booking amount and shutdown your company.
